Silabus Technician Training

  1. TNC-212 AIRFRAME SYSTEM LINE MAINTENANCE COURSE

    Course Title : NC-212 AIRFRAME SYSTEM LINE MAINTENANCE
    Course Duration : Approximately 2 weeks
    Number of Trainees : 3 Persons + 1 Officer

     

    Course Description :

    Provides information and practical exercise required by flight line mechanics/technician to maintain the system of the NC-212 aircraft. The course begun with the introduction to the NC-212 aircraft and its system including system/component location. Then, continued with a deeper system description of the airframe and related system.

    Course Objective :

    After completion this cours, the student will be able to :

    • Understand the Airframe System of the NC-212 aircraft
    • Perform the maintain job of the NC-212 System

    Student Prerequisities:

    Student should meet of the following skill and experience requirements :

    • Certification as an airfram/engine mechanic with one year practical experience as a rates aircraft mechanic
    • Two years of experience as an active mechanic on the same class aircraft of the NC-212, commercial or military.

  2. NC-212 ENGINE SYSTEM LINE MAINTENANCE COURSE

    Course Title : NC-212 ENGINE SYSTEM LINE MAINTENANCE Course Duration : Approximately 2 weeks Number of Trainees : 3 Persons + 1 Officer

    Course Description :

    Provides information and practical exercise required by flight line mechanics/technician to maintain the system of the NC-212 aircraft.     • Perform the maintain job of the NC-212 System

    • Certification as an airfram/engine mechanic with one year practical experience as a rates aircraft mechanic.
    • Two years of experience as an active mechanic on the same class aircraft of the NC-212, commercial or military.
    • Student must have detailed knowledge of both AC and DC electrical theory and circuit, solid state electronic theory and circuits.

  3. NC-212 ELECTRIC SYSTEM LINE MAINTENANCE COURSE

    Course Title : NC-212 ELECTRIC SYSTEM LINE MAINTENANCE Course Duration : Approximately 2 weeks Number of Trainees : 3 Persons + 1 Officer

    Course Description :

    Provides information and practical exercise required by flight line mechanics/technician to maintain the system of the NC-212 aircraft.     Course Objective :
    After completion this cours, the student will be able to:
    • Understand the Electric System of the NC-212 aircraft
    • Perform the maintain job of the NC-212 System

    Student should meet of the following skill and experience requirements:
    • Certification as an airfram/engine mechanic with one year practical experience as a rates aircraft mechanic.
    • Two years of experience as an active mechanic on the same class aircraft of the NC-212, commercial or military.
    • Student must have detailed knowledge of both AC and DC electrical theory and circuit, solid state electronic theory and circuits.

  4. NC-212 INSTRUMENT LINE MAINTENANCE COURSE
    Course Title : NC-212 INSTRUMENT LINE MAINTENANCE Course Duration : Approximately 2 weeks Number of Trainees : 3 Persons + 1 Officer

    Course Description :

    Upon successful completion, the student will be able to inspect, perform or supervise the instrument maintenance of NC-212 aircraft, but not including major repair and overhaul of aircraft and its component.


    Student Prerequisities:

    Student should meet of the following skill and experience requirements:
    • Certification as an instrument mechanic with one year practical experience as a rates aircraft mechanic.
    • Two years of experience as an active mechanic on the same class aircraft of the NC-212, commercial or military.
    • Student must have detailed knowledge of both AC and DC electrical theory and circuit, solid state electronic theory and circuits.

  5. NC-212 RADIO/RADAR LINE MAINTENANCE COURSE Course Title : NC-212 INSTRUMENT LINE MAINTENANCE Course Duration : Approximately 2 weeks Number of Trainees : 3 Persons + 1 Officer
    Course Description :


    Upon successful completion, the student will be able to inspect, perform or supervise the radio/radar maintenance of NC-212 aircraft, but not including major repair and overhaul of aircraft and its component.

    Radio/radar system will be studied to general lay-out of the radio and communication/navigation to include o block diagram level per-equipment, operation and location of display and its controls.
